Khushappy ("we", "us") offers a private listening service where a caring person talks with you. We take your privacy seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.
When you book a call, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name (optional), gender (used only to match you with a same-gender listener), phone number, email, your preferred day and time, your preferred way to be contacted, and any note you choose to share. We only collect what you give us.
We use your details solely to contact you for the call you booked and to match you with the right listener. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Calls are not recorded. What you share during a call stays private.
Khushappy is an emotional-support and listening service provided by caring people who are not doctors or therapists. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care or emergency services, and it is not a dating or romantic service.
